Abu Dhabi is a very luxurious place to stay and was even considered to be the most expensive place in the world with a huge net worth back in 2007. The city is filled with skyscrapers and is widely known for its oil and pearl trades which bring in a lot of money. Everything in Abu Dhabi is pretty expensive so taking a vacation will dig a nice hole in your pocket. However, if you have the money or prefer to stay in the nicest place possible, here are the most expensive hotels in Abu Dhabi.
5. Hilton Capital Grand
The Hilton Capital Grand immediately catches your eye with it’s uniquely stunning wave like design. This contemporary hotel is located in the commercial district and is near a ton of attractions that the city has to offer. The rooms at the Hilton Capital Grand offer king sized beds, free wifi, and a lot of space. Customers always have the ability to upgrade if they would like a larger room size and the access to more luxury amenities.
4. Le Royal Meridian
Le Royal Meridian is located right smack in the center of Abu Dhabi and has a total of 264 rooms available. The hotel looks out over the Arabian Gulf and offers astonishing views from the rooms. Le Royal Meridian offers its customers 10 different restaurants and bars to choose from each night during their stay as well as a world class gym and beautiful pool area.
3. Park Hyatt (Hotel & Villas)
The Park Hyatt is located on an environmentally protected strip of beach secluded from everything else. Aside from more gorgeous beach front views, the hotel offers a nice plethora of rooms to its guests. The Park Hyatt offers a golf course along with gardens to stroll through. The hotel offers an array of different cuisines that come from all around the world so there is always a choice to try something new while staying there.
2. Shangri-La Hotel Qaryat Al Beri
The Shangri-La Hotel also sits on a private beach to offer maximum privacy for its residents. The hotel is nice because the beach gives it a separate space but it is still only around a 15-20 minute drive to the city’s main attractions and center, so guests won’t feel stranded in the middle of nowhere. The Shangri-La is meant for long-term guests but still offers everything that a hotel has; spa, pool, golf, yoga, two gymnasiums and lots more.
1. The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort
The St. Regis easily blows the rest of its competition out of the water because it is a private island resort. Travelers are able to get away to a very private and unique island that offers breathtaking views and looks like one of the best romantic getaway spots. The hotel has huge rooms and even offers a golf course designed by Gary Player himself; there’s nothing not to love about the St. Regis.
