For all of you aspiring millionaires out there who enjoy fantasizing and hoping that a huge, upscale house is in your very near future, than I’m sure you’re excited to hear that Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing: New York is coming back for its third season in just a few short weeks. As someone who has watched the show religiously since the first season in L.A.—which Bravo continues to run as it rotates between both the East and West Coast—I can tell you that this show is one of the finest on television these days.

Showcasing homes of the rich and sometimes famous, Million Dollar Listing includes price tags on homes that viewers can only dream about, with even more insane asking prices to come in this upcoming season.

Following the lives of realtors Fredrik Eklund, Luis D. Ortiz and Ryan Serhant, cameras catch the tricky trades that these guys do behind the scenes, trying to score the best deal possible for their clients whether that means telling a white lie to another realtor or bluffing on a property.

As three of the most famous and successful realtors in the city, Eklund, Ortiz and Serhant often cross paths with one another in the fight for business and reputation, causing interesting drama for viewers to enjoy.

But let’s face it, as great as the back-and-forth egos are—with Ortiz even dumping a drink on Eklund’s head last season—the best part about the show are the luxurious houses that are often the penthouses of buildings with full-time amenities or brownstones that might look like garbage from the outside, yet carry a price upwards of at least $8 million.

So while the show might not come back until April 2, I suggest getting yourself in the house hunting mood by finding past season episodes to get your fill until then—because it should be ridiculous.
