A New Flight From Iceland Guarantees a View of the Northern Lights

Northern Lights

Flying becomes relatively boring after the first couple times one experiences it. The initial thing everyone loves to witness is descending from the ground and viewing cities, towns, and cars from so high up because it offers an interesting and different perspective on the world; however, once a person has seen it for the first time, it normally looks the same no matter where they are flying out of. Now, a new flight from Iceland is guaranteeing customers that they will get to see the Northern Lights during their trip.

Iceland Air is located in Reykjavik, which is a major Northern Lights viewing location and the city even holds a Winter Lights Festival each year. The air travel company is guaranteeing that anybody flying on their planes will get to witness the beautiful Aurora Borealis, which is something a majority of people never get to experience in their lives. Right now the company is aiming to boost their passenger rate with a combination of the festival going on and the offer to see the Lights; however, this is a guaranteed thing year round.

Iceland Air just released their newest plane, the Hekla Aurora, which is a Boeing 757 model that has Northern Lights themes throughout the entire vehicle. The plane offers worldwide destinations but stops in Reykjavik to give the travelers their view before delivering them to their destination. This is a really neat idea that should definitely spark more interest in traveling to Iceland as well as flying Iceland Air. The new plane gives people a different flying experience with all of the internal changes but also a chance to see one of the world’s most interesting views of the Aurora Borealis. The flights are happening now so if anybody has plans to travel internationally anytime in the future, look into flying Iceland Air.
