Pets are fantastic companions for just about anything, and some people even like traveling with their animals. There are tons of ways to transport pets but it’s harder to seek out and find hotels or places to stay that allow pets in their buildings. However hard it may seem to do research on this and find pet accommodating places, they are around and there are plenty of great hotels that will gladly take care of guests pets. These are five top choices if you’re ever looking to travel with a pet.

The Hotel Spendido is located in Portofino, Italy and is located right near a dog friendly beach that is the perfect warm getaway for guests and their pets. This hotel makes sure that guests can get pet food in the hotel while still offering great location and things to do outside as well.

4. The Mandarin Oriental – Miami

Most Mandarin Oriental hotels will offer great pet accommodations, but the Miami location is known for their five star pet program. They offer different pet food menus as well as turn down service for animals as well. Guests can also set up puppy play dates and organize to have their pets groomed while on vacation.

People can make sure they order the “Pampered Pooch” package which ensures that pets will receive a custom pet collar tag and pet sized framed bed that is in the room. There is also a pet specific dining menu that comes with its own room service option as well. Finally, they offer a dog park that can direct guests to all of the pet friends places and things to do in the area.
