President Obama’s Favorite Martha’s Vineyard Getaway on the Market for $22.5 Million

Back in the summer of 2013, the Obama’s rented a gorgeous Martha’s Vineyard home for a family vacation.  That same home is now on the market for $22.5 million.   The home is located on a high ridge overlooking the Ocean.  It’s a property of Chilmark partners that has a private road and sits on more than nine acres, according to WSJ.

The 7000 square foot home has four bedrooms, a gym, floor to ceiling windows and an infinity pool that rivals that of the finest luxury hotels.  The master suite has a study with a fireplace.  There are his and her bathrooms as well as a private deck.

Along with the infinity pool is a guesthouse, a basketball court, an outdoor kitchen, and even five outdoor showers.   The home itself is owned by Obama supporters David and Patricia Schulte. Mr. Schulte is the founder of the merchant banking firm Chilmark Partners.

They completed construction on the house about 10 years ago.  Let’s see who buys it and enjoy the photos below.
