Luxury fashion company Fendi is primarily known for their clothing and fashion products that can be found in luxury stores around the world. Now the company is looking to enter the hospitality industry and bring a new type of luxury into the hotel and resort business. The building’s penthouse is what will really attract the luxury customers. It’s a 7,000 square foot apartment that has 2,000 square feet dedicated to outdoor terraces that offer amazing views of the ocean and city. The costs $25 million, but owners will be receiving five bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms along with the most gorgeous home in the city.

There are 12 foot ceilings, a media rooms, family room, workout area, steam room, walk in closets for the bedrooms and even a specific staff quarters. The penthouse also includes a second level that has a terrace with a rooftop pool, outdoor kitchen and even an entertainment area that will have everyone awing over the views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Fendi is making a great effort with this project and seems to know what people want and will pay for. Everything in this building is the best that money can buy and the penthouse is nicer than most houses. The Fendi Chateau residences are expected to be completed in the Spring of 2016 and will include 58 total residences and penthouses that cost anywhere from $6 to $25 million. The entire building will include many more standard amenities that can be found at a resort, but the penthouse really outdoes anything else.

Fendi has been a very successful company that knows how to appeal to the luxury upscale needs of their customers. The Chateau Residences will be a prime location in Miami and plenty of people will buy up these condominiums as soon as they become available.
