In the market for a duplex penthouse in Manhattan?  Just be prepared to fork over $70 million if you want to move to the recently listed 9700 sq ft monster located at 50 United Nations Plaza.   So what do you get for this unbelievably high price tag?  You’ll get four bedrooms plus a staff quarters.   You’ll also get a private pool along with a 525 sq ft terrace.

The penthouse literally takes up the top two floors of the building and for under $100 million you can actually scoop up the bottom floor.  The building which is located at 345 E 46th St., offers views of the East River and Queensboro Bridge and is the first U.S. residential project built by well known British architects Foster + Partners.

While there hasn’t been any word on a buyer yet, you can be sure that the list of potential owners is going to be fairly small.  But if you’ve got that kind of cash, you might want to take a look at some of these pictures to get you started.
