10. The Lobby Bar at the Belmond Grand Hotel Europe – St. Petersburg, Russia
The Belmond Grand Hotel Europe is one of the finest hotels in St. Petersburg, and their lobby bar is also pretty exceptional. Usually lobby bars are fairly straightforward, but not this one. It’s inspired by classical Russian design and they offer a range of different drinks and cocktails. Oh, and they serve caviar as well.

9. The Roof at ME Madrid – Madrid, Spain
Madrid has always been recognized as one of the best European cities when it comes to nightlife and food. Over at ME Madrid they have a really cool bar called The Roof. As the name implies, it’s on the roof of the hotel and is carved into an old broken wall. There’s room for dancing, large leather chairs, cool lights, great drinks, and obviously some pretty unbeatable views of the city.

8. The Hassler Bar at Hotel Hassler Roma – Rome, Italy
Head over to the Hotel Hassler Roma in Rome to experience a great hotel bar. It’s styled in a more traditional manner that’s very classy. They offer some specialty cocktails, have a great wine selection, and the bar offers a more intimate experience. Princess Diana was also said to favorite this bar when she was staying in Rome back in the day.

7. Berts Jazz Bar at The Merchant Hotel – Belfast, Northern Ireland
In an area of the world that’s filled with traditional pubs, Berts Jazz Bar over at the Merchant Hotel is a breath of fresh air. The designers drew on Art-Deco influences to create this bar, and we’re told that this is the only jazz bar in all of Belfast. They constantly have jazz bands playing, serve up some sophisticated cocktails, and offer quality meals as well.

6. The Apples Bar at the Park Hyatt Hamburg – Hamburg, Germany
The Park Hyatt Hamburg is a five-star property that is constantly rated as one of the best hotels in Germany. Their Apples Bar is also a pretty great hotel bar in Europe as well. It’s modern, luxurious, and very progressive in terms of design and atmosphere.

5. Le Bar at the Four Seasons Hotel George V – Paris, France
Parisians, in general, know a thing or two about luxury and style, and that’s exactly what Le Bar is. It’s located within the Four Seasons Hotel George V, which is one of the nicest hotel in the city, and it offers everything a hotel bar should stand for: high-end cocktails, marble tables, mahogany chairs/walls, hanging chandeliers, etc. It’s a hotel bar inside one of the cities premier hotels, you can’t go wrong here.

4. The Connaught Bar at The Connaught – London, England
The Connaught is one of the finest hotels in London, and it’s truly a standout location. Everything about their hotel is sophisticated and luxurious, and that includes their bar. The Connaught Bar is extremely stylish and about as high-end as it gets. You’ll definitely want to wear nicer clothing when stopping in for a drink, and their expert bartends cook up some pretty great cocktails.

3. The Icebar at Icehotel – Jukkasjärvi, Sweden
The Icehotel in Jukkasjärvi, Sweden was the first ice hotel in the world when it opened it’s doors back in the 1990’s. The hotel is constructed each year between the months of December and April, and there aren’t many hotels quite like it. Their Icebar is also pretty interesting. Like the hotel, everything in the bar is constructed from ice, including the cups. It’s a bar that you definitely should visit at least once in your lifetime.

2. The O2 Lounge at the Ritz-Carlton Moscow – Moscow, Russia
The Ritz-Carlton Moscow is often considered one of the best and most luxurious hotels in the entire world. It is here that we find the premium O2 Lounge. It’s located within a glass pyramid that’s on the roof of the hotel. They serve some quality drinks here and the bar has arguably some of the best views of the entire city.
