If you think Beats Headphones are overpriced there’s probably no chance you’d be interested in the Rolls-Royce of headphones (or earbuds if you wish to call them that). Happy Plugs is a Swedish manufacturer that produces a variety of items most notable earphones and earbuds. Their standard earbuds aren’t anything out of the norm. But if you look below something clearly doesn’t fit in….
This is just a small sampling of their selection. They have plenty of colors and styles, but the point of this entire post is that selection in the top left corner. Yes, those are handmade, solid 18-carat gold designs made to order with 25 grams of solid gold. The buds feature a built-in microphone for hands-free calling and a remote for talk and music control.
Think about how many pairs of headphones you’ve gone through! I’ve broken them, lost them, and heavens knows what else with them. I really don’t think dropping $14.5k on gold headphone is going to be worth it for me. Either way, they’re pretty sweet.
