A Computer Mouse that Costs $25,000 Dollars?

Computer mice are almost a staple among all computer users; this little tool has become an industry standard. Whether you are into hardcore video games or are simply a casual computer user, you are probably going to need a mouse (of course unless you use a laptop and/or prefer a trackpad). A computer mouse is a technological device that you simply must have, but which one do you buy? A quick internet search will yield you thousands of results for different types of mice. You can pick up a cheap mouse for less than $10 dollars, however I doubt it will last long, or you can spend a hundred dollars and get a nice gaming mouse with 25 different buttons on it and a LED light that changes colors. However if neither of those are for you, and you want a mouse that makes a statement (that perhaps you are crazy), then you can buy the mouse above for $25,000 dollars.

The “Diamond Flower” RF Mouse is one of the most expensive, if not the most expensive mouse that money can buy. But what makes it cost so much money? Well first of all this is no ordinary mouse, there are 58 individual diamonds set into the mouse in the shape of a flower. These diamonds are cut by hand and the smaller ones are 2mm in diameter, while the larger diamond in the center is 4mm. The combined weight of all the diamonds comes in at two carats. But it does not stop there. The entire outside of the mouse, and some parts on the inside, are made from 18-carat white gold as if the diamonds weren’t enough. Aside from these materials, this is just a normal mouse with a left and right click button, and a simple scroll wheel.

This mouse seems like a novelty to me since its absolutely ridiculous. However for someone who is ultra-rich and has it all, this is the perfect mouse for them. There are much better mice out there in terms of functionality, that cost less than $100 dollars, but they do not have diamonds and are not made from gold. You can purchase the mouse through Amazon, and the comment section is definitely worth a read (warning high levels of sarcasm).
