Mercedes is a legendary luxury car company that rolls out a nice range of cars every year. The German automobile company has a long and rich history full of amazing luxury vehicles with different styles and feature throughout the decades. The company has released some very limited top of the line styles that cost quite a bit of money, so here are the most expensive Mercedes Cars.
5. CLK GTR AMG Super Sport – $3.3 Million
This super sport coupe is a very powerful car that features a 7.3 liter V12 engine that has 720 horsepower and can reach a top speed of 214 miles per hour. The car has a very sleek design that combines a traditional Mercedes look in the lights, grill and emblem with the body and accessories of a supercar. The CLK GTR has been featured as a racing car and has been used in professional races.
4. CLK GTR AMG Roadster – $3.5 Million
This roadster came out back in 2002 and is another absurdly powerful racing car. The CLK roadster packs a slightly smaller 6.9 liter V12 engine compared to the super sport but this convertible can still reach a top speed of 298 miles per hour and can go from 0 to 61 miles per hour in just 3.8 seconds. The car has a smooth body that is very fluent and looks less like a racing car and more like a traditional roadster that’s great for cruising.
3. C112 Mercedes Benz Concept – $4 Million
The C112 concept was created in 1991 and was extremely powerful and fast for the time in which it was released. The car featured a surprising 6 liter V12 engine that could hit 0 to 62 miles per hour in 4.9 seconds. The car is still very powerful even by today’s standards which makes it a big collector’s item for car enthusiasts. The car’s style is somewhat odd because it is an older concept, but still looks great and has amazing specs.
2. SLR McLaren Red Gold Dream – $10 Million
The 2011 Red Gold Dream will definitely catch glances from other drivers with it’s bright red paint job and gold rims, but under the hood this car is a monster. While it only has a 5.4 liter V8 engine, it produces 999 horsepower and can hit 0 to 62 in three seconds flat. This is one of Mercedes most powerful vehicles and truly combines racing and luxury with its massive power and stylistic interior.

The most expensive Mercedes car available is a classic; their 1954 formula 1 race car. The vehicle is a part of racing history and was the car that Juan Manuel Fangio used when setting the formula 1 world record. The car is an absolute classic and looks very cool with it’s old racing body, and narrow frame. Although it is not nearly as powerful as the modern models, the 1954 formula 1 race car is something that every car enthusiast would love to have in their garage.
