10 of the Most Expensive Craigslist Phoenix Ads

Most Expensive Craigslist Phoenix Ads

Craiglist Phoenix can be a very crazy place.  Phoenix on the whole?  I can tell you that it’s one of the nicest, most developed and clean places I have ever visited in my life. Back in college, I actually dated a girl who was from Paradise Valley—which is a subset of the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. I knew what her parents did for a living—they were both well known doctors—and had heard stories from her about their house that was literally built inside of a mountain, but until I visited myself, I had no idea that the entire could rival what her neighborhood looked like. The place is gorgeous, with a lot of luxury walking and driving around the city. Naturally, with all of that money, comes nice things.

And one of the many places that people like to purchase anything is on Craigslist. You probably know where this is going, right? Since I was curious to see what people from Phoenix like to sell on the public site, I dug a little deeper, with these, the 10 most expensive Craigslist Phoenix Ads.

Craigslist Phoenix Ad #10 – $817,000

Like a few other listings you’ll see on this list, this four bed, 4.5 bath would be a perfect spot in order to set up shop and relax after a long day of work. So what does $817,000 get you? How about .82 acres and a private backyard that includes a swimming pool? While the location isn’t exactly known, I would go ahead and take a look at it to determine if this is the perfect spot for either raising a family or make a full-on bachelor pad.

Craigslist Phoenix Ad #9. $875,000

Rather than buy yourself a house, why not get a place that’s portable—in the form of this RV that’s in the form of a tour bus. Feel like a rockstar anytime you ride or drive around in this thing, allowing you to go places other than just Phoenix. And for $875,000, I would imagine that it’s pretty well-equipped with everything anyone would ever want in a vehicle. Imagine going from city to city and seeing your favorite sports teams, bands or just to take in all the sights of different places? If you ask me, this is the way to travel.

Craigslist Phoenix Ad #8. $950,000

Now this looks like a piece of property worth getting familiar with—because it’s a bundle of four cabins with the option to rent them out. Look, I’ve never exactly envision owning a resort or camping facility, but, if I were to do it, why not take the risk of doing so by paying $950,000. Seeing how I would be getting four cabins to rent out, I’d say that it’s probably a good investment on my part—assuming I could rent these out to help get my money back as quickly as possible.

Craigslist Phoenix Ad #7. $975,000

Looking for an investment property? There’s a perfect one that, in its own description, is, “near major grocer,” meaning it’s probably in a pretty good spot, right? Judging by the picture, however, I’m not sure this is the type of investment that I would want to go in on. I mean, it doesn’t appear to be too great of a building, or worse, all that populated. Here’s a little hint for those who might be interested in investing in any piece of real estate—location, location, location. If you’re paying $975,000 for something, you better hope it’s in a spot where people are going to want to visit.

Craigslist Phoenix Ad #6. $1,295,000

When paying over $1 million for a house, you better believe I would want all the amenities that I could imagine—and this five bed, seven bath residence in Phoenix would appear to have everything anyone would want. Not only is it off of East Indian School Road—which, surprisingly, I remember as being quite ritzy while I visited—but it’s also just a few blocks from the Arizona Country Club, meaning you’re probably amongst some other, wealthy neighbors.

Craigslist Phoenix Ad #5. $1,530,000

With people like Donald Trump known to have made billions in the real estate business over the years, it’s no secret that it’s a great industry for someone to make some serious money. So, for those who have the interest in doing so, why not pay just over $1.5 million for 34 lots in the Phoenix area? As I mentioned above, the city is full of nice spots and people with a lot of money to blow, so selling these properties shouldn’t be too difficult—or so, I’d imagine. And, honestly, the pricing sounds just about right, too.

Craigslist Phoenix Ad #4. $1,600,000

For those looking for some commercial space, this building might be the best option for you, because it is available and waiting for the perfect owner. Sure, it doesn’t exactly look up-to-date with all the amenities of a newer building, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t a good spot to at least build some sort of business there. I’m not too familiar with the location of this place, but, assuming it’s in a good area, maybe $1.6 million is a steal? Then again, maybe it’s a complete rip-off?

Craigslist Phoenix Ad #3. $1,650,000

While I admire sports, writing and fun, there might not be anything I really love more than a good meal. Thankfully—if I were to live in Phoenix—I would have the opportunity to own my own drive-thru diner, complete with everything I would need to run a successful food establishment. And at $1,650,000, it seems like quite the bargin if you ask me—now if only I had that type of cash.

Craigslist Phoenix Ad #2. $3,400,000

Have you ever dreamt about owning your own business? Thanks to this AAA Hauling Service, you can live out that fantasy—as long as you have a cool $3.4 million to purchase it. It’s definitely not the most glamorous job out there, but it appears to be something that you could make a good living doing—assuming you have the capital and interest to make it successful. I don’t know, though, nearly $3.5 million for a place sounds pretty steep to me.

Craigslist Phoenix Ad #1. $4,525,000

Looking for a 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath place in the heart of Paradise Valley? You’re in luck thanks to this pad that is on the market and advertised on Craigslist for some odd reason. Sure, it might not be the best place to try and sell a home, but seeing how it’s currently the most expensive ad on the local site, it will probably get a lot of eyeballs on it—and that’s always a good thing when trying to sell real estate.
