There’s a great new term that’s popped up on the internet as of late and it’s called “Humblebragging.” It’s a very simple concept. Tons of people try to be subtle when bragging about a situation they are in or a place they are at. And what they end up doing is posting some picture of themselves with some text that looks like it’s trying to be nonchalant but in reality almost makes it look even more like a situation where the person is bragging.
We see this trend getting worse and worse. The funny thing is that as much as it happens with everyday folks like you or me, the trend is increasing amongst celebrities and “almost” celebrities as well. Bottom line is this: If you’re going to brag, just go for it. If you try to get away with a humblebrag you just end up looking like a tool.
