Brian Austin Green To Receive “Substantial” Spousal Support from Megan Fox

Ferrari Celebrates 60 Years In America

Cue in the “Beverly Hills 90210” theme song to the beginning of this article.   As many of you are fully aware, Megan Fox has decided to divorce her ex 90210 hunk Brian Austin Green.   However, the couple failed to do one very important thing that many Hollywood couples do:  sign a prenuptial agreement.  When the couple got married in 2010 it was Fox who was the breadwinner, and she still is.  However,  for whatever reason the two thought their marriage would last forever.  That or they have really bad lawyers.

It’s believed the actor will receive “substantial spousal support” from his ex-wife due to a “severe vertigo condition” which means he is unable to work. How substantial? Figures haven’t been released yet but on an annual basis we’re going to assume that it’s in the six figures.

Last year the couple were involved in a car accident which, despite escaping uninjured at the time, led to Brian being diagnosed with Vertigo. The condition leaves sufferers feeling off balance and in a constant state of motion meaning the actor hasn’t been able to work hardly at all since. As a result Megan is the breadwinner and Brian has been reportedly pretty much unable to even get out of bed since the accident.

It seems extremely like that Fox will have to pay for Green to support himself. The former pair have two children. Noah is 2 and Bodhi is 18 months. “They’re on friendly terms for the sake of their kids,” the source said. “They just want to do their own things.” Fox is seeking joint physical and legal custody of the boys.
