Pizza is great. It’s easy, it’s fast and it can be delivered to your door after being cooked by someone else. There’s nothing about pizza that people don’t love when they’re feeling particularly lazy and not in the mood to cook. Some people care about the chain that makes their pizza and others are just happy to order from whoever is closest, fastest, or cheapest. Read on to find out which pizza chains are the most successful.

California Pizza Kitchen – $715 million

This chain pizza restaurant was founded in, you guessed it, California, back in the 1980s. It has since become one of the most successful and valuable pizza companies in the entire world. It has more than 270 locations in 30 states and 11 different countries and is looking to expand into additional states in the coming years.

The first Papa John’s was opened by a man named John in 1984. He has since opened more than 3,800 restaurants all over the world. Their stock has gone down a bit in recent years, but they’re still one of the most successful pizza chains in the world.

Little Caesars – $2.51 billion

Little Caesars is a national brand with businesses in all 50 states. It was opened in 1959 and is one of the most established pizza companies in the country. It has more than 3,500 locations throughout the country at the moment, and there are more opening on a regular basis.

Dominos – $4.07 billion

Dominos has seen more success than ever in the past few years thanks to the success of its revamped pizza recipe. No longer is the company looking to make subpar pizza. It’s looking to make healthier, more delicious pizza in its 10,000 worldwide locations.

Pizza Hut – $34.17 billion

The very first ever Pizza Hut location was opened in Kansas back in 1958. It’s been expanded to a few more locations across the world, totaling more than 13,700 locations in 90 countries. With more than $11 billion in revenue on its own, this YUM corporation belongs to a company that makes more than $34 billion a year.
