American Express is hands down the most exclusive credit card issuer in the world. It has the most exclusive card in the world on top of that. To have an American Express card means you have to have excellent credit, you have to pay your balance in full each month and you have to be worth AmEx’s time. To have the most exclusive AmEx cards, however, you have to be invited.

It’s one of the most exclusive Amex cards in the world. It costs $450 per year to carry this card around. Its best feature is the fact that it has an unlimited credit limit and it can actually save your life. No matter where you are in the world, if you are injured, you can use the medical services that come with the card to be transported – along with your family – to any medical facility in the world free of charge.

Otherwise known as the Black Card, this is the most exclusive credit card you can get from American Express. This card means you have it all; a lot of money and an amazing credit score. You have to be able to pay $2,500 per year to carry this card. You have to be invited to have this card, and you will only be invited if your annual income is at least $250,000.
