Located just north of Denver, Federal Heights is a pretty small town with a crazy-low median home value. An interesting fact about the poorest town in this state is that just over 10% of adult residents have bachelor’s degrees or higher – for the entire state, that statistic is 39.4%.

When we say just north of Denver, we mean a distance of just 8.43 miles. While the poverty rate in Federal Heights is 21.1%, the poverty rate in Denver is 15.1%.
