The most outstanding part of this home is the fact that it’s a second home. The owner resides primarily in Russia with his family. The home features a pool, tennis courts and 11 acres with beautiful views of San Francisco. It has 5 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and a full wine cellar that houses thousands of bottles. Being so close to wine country, this seems to be a great addition.

It’s one of the most famous homes in Florida; perhaps the world. This is the home in which famed designer Versace was murdered. Right now the home is a boutique hotel that houses many guests each year, but it’s also one that can be purchased for the right price, which is more than $100 million.

It’s famously known as the home in which Aaron Spelling and family once lived. It’s also one of the most exclusive homes in all of Southern California. The home technically is not listed with any agent at the moment, but it is for sale for $150 million. The house has just over 56,000 square feet of living space and plenty of amenities. Private sport courts, a large garage, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and everything is high-end and top-of-the-line. The house is a true beauty for those who can afford to spend this much.

Located on 10 acres in Southern California, this home has something few homes in this area actually have; acreage. While 10 acres might not sound like much to someone in Texas, it’s a lot to someone in SoCal. This expensive home features more than 13,000 square feet of living space, a swimming pool, several bedrooms and bathrooms. There are not too many details about the house available. However, it’s rumored to be a home in which Marilyn Monroe spent a lot of time, and it was once owned by the famed duo Sonny and Cher.
