The biggest real estate brokerage in Nevada is launching a big contest along with a local news station that will result in the paying of one lucky family’s mortgage or rent for one full year. Gavish Real Estate and KVVU Fox 5 Las Vegas have announced the 2014 Biggest Giveaway. The drawing is going to take place on October 22, and the winner will be given their prize live on television following the drawing. The winner will have his or her mortgage or rent paid for one full year by the real estate company, which is a very big gift.
The company is working on their second year of doing this for one lucky family. Launched in 2013, the real estate company awarded Michelle Jaquez-Lopez and her family with a year of house payments. There are no financial qualifications; anyone can enter this drawing, and the winner is drawn completely at random.
“Las Vegas was hurting for a long time, and despite positive growth lately, in many places people remain in tough situations. This is one way we can hope to give back to a community that’s awarded our business with the opportunity to grow,” said Iddo Gavish, the founder and CEO of the real estate firm.
Anyone who resides in Las Vegas, Pahrump or Henderson can enter the drawing. You can enter by signing up on the KVVU 5 Las Vegas Facebook page or by going online and visiting the Gavish real estate website at www.gavishrealestate.com and locating the link for the drawing on the main page.
The winner will be announced after he or she is drawn on October 22, and they will receive their mortgage or rent paid for one full year as a gift from the real estate company. There are no other details available as far as taxes to be paid on the gift, or when payments begin.
