“There are alternative seating groups so that the people can socialize or be on their own. The goal is to have people come here that live in the neighborhood; to stay and hang out with free Wi-Fi, have a coffee, have a meeting and socialize,” says John Bricker. He is the creative director at Gensler, who has worked with Cadillac more than just a few times on different and highly innovative concepts. This is a house that is designed for the public. It’s not private. It’s for everyone. You can come in to sit down and read a book while enjoying coffee, meet with friends and even conduct business here. It is a literal free-for-all, and it’s one of the most amazing things to come from the brand in quite some time.

In essence, the Cadillac House is now a center for gatherings. The company wants you to get together, be inspired and exchanged ideas, concepts and innovative thinking. They want you to come here, create the next big thing and one day look back in an interview with the thought that this was all possible because of the Cadillac House and its technology, it’s atmosphere and the inspiration drawn from the history and the story that every wall, every piece of décor and every inch of this house entails.
