The Five Most Expensive Noise Cancelling Head Phones

headphones

Headphones carry with them a multitude of purposes. Perhaps the most important is the ability to cancel outside noise. Whether you’re attempting to listen to your favorite music without interruption or you’re drowning out the sound of those around you aboard your next flight, you’re going to want to purchase a pair of the best noise cancelling headphones. However, you’re going to have to pay significantly for them.

Parrot Zik — $399.95

The reviews of these headphones state that they’re the best at doing what they say they do. For example, this paif of headphones is both a noise-cancelling pair and a Bluetooth pair, and they’re actually good at both. They don’t make music or other sounds come across as slightly muffled due to their noise cancelling abilities.

Phiaton Chord MS 530 — $349

This pair of expensive headphones does a great job cancelling noise, but it’s been said that sound quality isn’t great. In addition to being noise cancelling, they’re also Bluetooth headphones. Reviews say they’re far better at this job than they are at cancelling noise.

Bose QuietComfort 3 — $349

They’re not the most expensive noise-cancelling headphones on the market, but they are one of the superior pair. It’s more than six years old at the moment, but that doesn’t change the fact that this pair of headphones does a superior job with sound quality and elimination.

Able Planet Clear Harmony — $349

This pair is the same price and looks a lot like the Bose QuietComfort, and it works almost just as well. These headphones are great for drowning out the noise of the outside world while still making sure your music sounds as good as it does on any other pair of headphones.

Bose QuietComfort 20i — $299

The most effective noise-cancelling headphones on the market is the Bose QuietComfort 20i. They’re easy to wear earbuds that don’t take up much space in luggage or bags, and they’re the most effective at doing their job. They aren’t, however, Bluetooth capable, which is a deal breaker for some.
