Aston Martin Releases Its Limited Edition Revamped Lagonda Super Sedan

Aston Martin Lagonda

Anytime something is announced as being a limited edition item, it’s certain something special is to come. It’s only been two months since Aston Martin announced they concept of the Aston Martin Lagonda, and it’s finally come to fruition. A super-sport sedan if ever there was one, the Lagonda comes equipped with a 6-liter V12 beneath the hood. It’s not a car many will see on the road with regularity given its very limited production, but it’s one that you will certainly notice.

The only reason this gorgeous vehicle is here is because of the incredible demand from the Middle East. It was originally designed in 1976 by William Towns, but it wasn’t a big winner even then. The vehicle had some flaws, and this new version of it has taken into account those flaws so that they can be fixed and recreated with perfection in mind. At the time, the only vehicle like it on the road with the Lamborghini Countach. However, demand in the Middle East made it nearly impossible for Aston Martin to keep up – and by the time they did catch up it was well-known that the vehicle wasn’t nearly as reliable as others, and the demand for it crashed, making it one of the least successful vehicles in the world.

This time, however, the vehicle has some significant differences. The first is that each of the parts and pieces has been tested and re-tested to ensure they are high-end and worthwhile. Additionally, the design was taken from the Rapide. The final details of this glorious new car have yet to be released. Aston Martin is playing a successful game of hard-to-get with the production of this vehicle, making the public wait until the Lagonda hits the road for them to find out exactly what all this superior vehicle features.
