Designed in 2011, this bag is so expensive because all the small details. For instance, all the hardware on the bag is made of 18-carat white gold and is covered in diamonds. Chaine d’ancre – $2 million
It’s another bag designed by Pierre Hardy, and it’s also one of the two most expensive handbags in the Hermes collection. What makes this bag so unique is the fact that it looks to be made exclusively of chains. It features white gold studs all over, and almost 34-carats in diamonds (that’s 1160 diamonds to be exact). The bag was created over a span of two years, and it’s only created three at a time, which is what makes it so valuable and rare.
