Five Super Expensive Car Rentals

The most expensive car rentals in the world do not come from your local airport dealership; and they certainly offer a bit more extravagance than your typical compact sedan. The most expensive rental cars in the world are considered fun, luxurious and thrilling. These cars weren’t designed for the whole family; they’re for fun and excitement.

Ferrari 458 Italia — $4,950

The need for speed has to be with you if you rent this gorgeous vehicle. If you can’t afford to buy one at almost $300,000, you can rent one for just under $5,000 per day. This car does not, however, come with unlimited miles and the ability to make a cross country drive. This 4.5-liter V8 tops out at just over 200 mph and will get you from 0 to 60 in 3.3 seconds flat.

Rolls Royce Drophead — $4,950

It’s the same thing as the phantom, but in a convertible style. This V12 engine has 450 horsepower and costs more than $425,000 retail. It’s not something you see on the road too often, which is why the daily rental rate is so much. It’s going to turn heads from the outside, but it’s going to make you feel as if you’re at the spa on the inside.

Lamborghini Murcielago — $4,450

This roadster looks just like the coupe, but it’s got a drop top. Renting this car will have heads turning. It’s perfect for a day at the beach, driving through Miami or SoCal with the top down and the radio up. You’ll feel every bit the wealthy hipster behind the wheel of this impressive sports car with its 640-horsepower V12 engine.

Maybach 57S — $3,450

This gorgeous sport sedan is one of Mercedes-Benz’s best designs. Its powerful engine combined with its luxurious interior and solid exterior make it the envy of everyone on the road. This gorgeous sedan is made for families, but it’s perfect for a day of fun in the sun. It features every upgrade imaginble, as you might expect from a high-end car that retails for $400,000.

Maserati GranCabrio — $2,250

Priced almost inexpensively in comparison to other cars on this list, the Maserati is one of the most expensive car rentals in the world. This Italian convertible sells for almost $150,000 at a dealership, but its daily rental price is only a fraction of that. Enjoy your day in the sun with the top down and the feel of the soft Italian leather beneath your legs.
