If you have an additional $510,000 lying around, you might want to consider purchasing a limited edition Jaguar Mark 2 by Callum Jaguar. England-based restoration shop Classic Motor Cars has announced that they will produce a very limited number of these classic Jags as they’ve reinterpreted the vehicle. Ian Callum, the director of designed for Jag created this vehicle himself, and it was originally a concept that was designed for his own personal use. However, it turned into something a little more. It was so well received by the public that the company announced it would build a few extras.

It took approximately 18 months for this vehicle to be designed. It was upgraded in the performance department as well as the design department, and it’s a stellar vehicle. It has a modified engine that features 4.3-liters and an XK inline-6. It’s got 260 horsepower and it’s a good improvement over its first model. The addition of roll bars, adjusted dampers and upgraded coils also helps to improve the performance.

The exterior of this amazing vehicle isn’t too different from the original, but it does have some differences. Callum wanted to make it to maintain the essence of its original style, but he also wanted it to include some modern and contemporary aspects. It’s got a sportier body but it has the same grille it always boasted. The interior has more upgrades, including quilted leather, a new instrument panel and Callum’s signature is embedded into the glove compartment.

The amazing entertainment system comes out of the dash so that the interior can retain some of its classic appeal without sacrificing upgrades that make the new Jag so desirable. This is, in short, a car that has the best of both worlds. It’s available only in a limited edition, however, so there is no time to hesitate before purchasing one.
