On August 1, 2014, the five-star luxury Regent Hotel Porto Montenegro celebrated its grand opening. The first and only hotel in Porto Montenegro–a luxury super-yacht marina located in the city of Tivat, Montenegro–is a deluxe property complete with 51 rooms and 35 suites.

Regent Hotels and Resorts’ second European hotel and seventh property worldwide, the Regent Hotel Porto Montenegro is completely inspired by Renaissance Venice. Designed by hotel design specialist ReardonSmith Architects, the hotel incorporates Italian palazzo influences and strong nautical and local architectural references.

The interior of the terrace-roofed Regent Hotel Porto Montenegro was designed by London-raised designer Tino Zervudachi and evokes the feeling of being on a luxury ship–a tribute to the hotel’s location in the middle of the 250-berth super-yacht marina.

The five-story hotel offers 51 spacious and richly furnished guest bedrooms as well as 35 suites and permanent residencies. Each and every hotel room provides beautiful views of either Boka Bay or the surrounding Montenegro mountain ranges. All luxury dining options at the Regent Hotel Porto Montenegro offer seafront outdoor terraces and the largest selection of exquisite champagnes in the entire Balkan region.

Helicopter transports to the hotel are available from Dubrovnik and Podgorica International Airports, proving a great scenic introduction to the area and a personal arrival experience at the Regent Hotel Porto Montenegro’s private helipad.

All of the hotel’s rooms feature a flat screen television, complimentary wireless internet, a deep-soaking bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a private balcony. The Regent Residence room is the hotel’s ultimate luxury living space. With over 1,300 square feet of indoor space and over 650 square feet of terrace space, the Regent Residence features three bedrooms, a full kitchen, living and dining areas, a study, four bathrooms, seven terraces, and a private outdoor jacuzzi.

The Regent Hotel Porto Montenegro also offers an indoor vitality pool, a 65-foot outdoor infinity pool, a signature Regent Spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center, three outdoor tennis courts, a lounge bar, and a library bar.
