Founded in 1919 by Oscar Frederick Mossberg, a native of Sweden, and his two sons Iver and Harold, O.F. 5. Mossberg MVP Flex 18.5″ Medium Bull Barrel – $949

With a maximum capacity of 11 rounds, the Mossberg MVP Flex 18.5″ Medium Bull Barrel is a bolt action rifle that shoots 5.56mm NATO ammunition and weighs about seven pounds unloaded. The rifle is finished in matte blue, has a Picatinny rail sight and has available synthetic, FLEX, black, and six position adjustment stock options.

4. Mossberg 935 Magnum Duck Commander – $957

The Mossberg 935 Magnum Duck Commander is a 12-gauge semi-automatic shotgun with the capacity for up to five rounds, more than the average shotgun. With a Tru-Glo Tru-Bead sight, Realtree Max-5 finish,and an unloaded weight of 7.75 pounds, and a dual-vent gas system to reduce recoil, the Duck Commander is an exceptional shotgun.

Both semi-automatic rifles, the Mossberg MMR Tactical and Hunter models both fire 5.56mm NATO rifle ammunition. Similar to the Silver Reserve II Side-x-Side, the Mossberg Silver Reserve II Sporting O/U is a break action shotgun that shoots 12-gauge ammunition side-by-side. Weighing in a eight and a half pounds and with a barrel length of 30 inches, the shotgun is one of the heaviest shotguns on the market while also having a maximum capacity of two rounds, a dual bead sight, blued barrels, a silver receiver and scroll engraving.
