Three Amazing Cars Owned by NFL Players

Just making it into the NFL draft and joining the league as a player is a big deal. However, what most NFL players love most about playing the game is the paycheck. They’re paid very well in the form of endorsements, signing bonuses and contracts. What do NFL players do with their hard earned money? They buy vehicles – among other things. NFL players are notorious for driving some of the most expensive, most elaborate, most sought-after vehicles available.

Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead

San Francisco’s Frank Gore was once the biggest name on the team, which earned him the biggest paycheck on the team. What Gore enjoys buying with his earnings are vehicles. One of his favorite and most expensive rides is the Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead. This $350,000 luxury convertibles is one of the most high-end vehicles ever created, which is why the price tag is so big.

Lamborghini Aventador

He’s a former Heisman trophy winner from the USC Trojans and a current running back for the Detroit Lions. He’s also one of Kim Kardashian’s many ex-boyfriends. Reggie Bush is also the owner of one of the most expensive and high-end vehicles in the NFL. His 2011 Lamborghini Aventador can go from 0 to 60 in 2 seconds, which might be why this vehicle set the NFL star back $441,000.

Custom Lamborghini Aventador

When Joe Haden signed his contract with the Cleveland Browns, he wasted no time spending that big fat signing bonus. He went straight to the Lamborghini dealer and purchased a 2014 Aventador, much like Reggie Bush’s. Aside from the $500,000 Haden spent on the vehicle, he also had it custom painted and detailed in orange and brown to represent his new NFL team. This makes it just a little nicer, a little more expensive, and a lot more custom than the Aventador Reggie Bush owns.
