Robin Quivers is an American radio personality, author, and actress with an estimated net worth of $45 million. Quivers is most well-known for her long-running role as news anchor and co-host on The Howard Stern Show.

Robin Ophelia Quivers was born on August 8,1952 in Pikesville, Maryland. She is the daughter of Louise, a homemaker, and Charles, a steelworker at Bethlehem Steel. Both her parents have an education to the 7th grade. In her biography, she revealed that she was a victim of parental abuse as a child.

In 1974, Quivers graduated from the University of Maryland with a nursing degree. Her first job was in the Maryland Shock Trauma facility. Knowing she could use her degree, Quivers joined the United States Air Force. Quivers rose to rank, but was discharged three years later.

Upon returning to Maryland, Quivers decided to attend the Broadcasting Institute of Maryland while working as a nurse. She landed her first job on radio in Carlisle, Pennsylvania at WIOO. She would eventually move back to Baltimore as a consumer reporter for WFBR where she would also read newscasts for DJ Johnny Walker.

In 1981, Howard Stern, then the host of a show on WWDC in Washington D.C., was looking for a news reporter. Quivers was played a tape of Stern interviewing a prostitute and it was that moment she said she would do anything to work with this guy. The decision was the right one. Quivers embarked on a 30-plus year career with Stern that would drive her to enormous success.

Quivers was with Stern when he moved to New York to work for WNBC, then to WXRK (K-Rock), where they remained for twenty years before joining Sirius Satellite Radio. Quivers has rode Sterns wave of success and banked it as well.

Quivers currently resides in Manhattan, New York in an expensive penthouse. She has made attempts to try new hobbies including car racing. On radio, Robin challenged Bubba The Love Sponge, an experienced driver, to a race. She would eventually end up competing in the 2007 Toyota Pro/Celebrity Race ’07 finishing in last place to all drivers who crossed the finish line. Quiver’s personal life has also been a hot topic on the show, but she is currently not married to anyone at this time.

Outside of radio, she has appeared on television shows and made-for-TV movies. She was also in the film Private Parts, which was a film adaptation of Howard Stern’s biography. Quivers released her own biography Quivers: A Life in April in 1995.

In 2013, Quivers experienced some health issues. She was diagnosed with endometrial cancer, but was able to continue her work on the Stern Show. After surgery and chemotherapy, she was pronounced cancer free. It seems as if Quivers will ride out this journey with Howard Stern. Stern will credit Quivers with a lot, but at the end of the day she backed the right horse. Stern’s wild success has been vital to growing Quivers’ net worth – a number that figures to hover around $45 million going forward.
