The Richest Sports Agents in the World

"The Dugout Club" At Dodger Stadium

It was probably around the age of 16 or 17 years old when you realized that you really weren’t going to play in the NFL, NHL, NBA or MLB. At that point you still loved sports more than anything and figured it’d be a good idea to pursue a career in sports management. If you can’t play with them, represent them right? It soon became clear that that was going to be rather difficult too. For the guys on this list, it wasn’t difficult at all. These guys are some of the most successful sports agents in the world. They are largely responsible for driving the salaries of professional athletes through the roof.  Here are five of the richest sports agents in the world.

Sam & Seth Levinson – $25 million

Sam & Seth Levinson are successful MLB player agents. They don’t have quite the powerful portfolios as some of the other guys on this list, but they still have $660.1 million in negotiated contracts at the moment. They represent some big names like Dustin Pedroia, David Wright and Brandon Phillips.

Drew Rosenhaus – $65 million

Everyone knows Drew Rosenhaus and when we say that it’s not necessarily a good thing. Rosenhaus is a Miami-based sports agent who represents NFL players. Currently, he has $108 billion of contracts negotiated. Some of his most valuable clients include Rob Gronkowski, Antonio Brown and Charles Johnson.

Tom Condon – $80 million

Drew Rosenhaus is the big name in NFL sports agents, but I’d take Tom Condon’s player portfolio any day of the week over Rosenhaus’. Condon represents Drew Brees, Peyton Manning, Eli Manning, Matthew Stafford and many more top NFL players. He currently has close to $1.4 billion in negotiated contracts.

Arn Tellem – $80 million

Arn Tellem is one of the most successful agents in the game. He makes his living representing some of the best NBA players out there. He has Russell Westbrook, LaMarcus Aldridge and Derrick Rose under his belt so he should be in good shape going forward. He has just under a billion dollars in current outstanding contracts negotiated.

Scott Boras – $100 million

If you’re a star baseball player Scott Boras has probably had his hands on you at some point (figuratively not literally). Boras is the proverbial Mr. Baseball. With over $1.5 billion in oustanding negotiated contracts, Boras has just about every big name on his balance sheet. Some of his players include Prince Fielder, Stephen Strasburg, Matt Holliday and more. He was part of A-Rod’s life once upon a time.
