Hank Baskett Net Worth

Premiere Of Disney's "Planes" - Arrivals

Hank Baskett III is a former professional football player and the husband of Kendra Wilkinson. His estimated net worth is approximately $6.5 million. Baskett might have been in the NFL, but he is best known for his stint on reality television starring on his wife’s show, Kendra. Hank became a household name in 2008 when he began dating and then became engaged to Kendra Wilkinson, former girlfriend of Hugh Hefner.

Henry Randall Baskett III (Hank) was born in Clovis, New Mexico on September 4, 1982, where he played both basketball and football in high school, and football in college. Baskett was an impressive student, playing multiple sports, including track, breaking records at his high school and graduating with a perfect 4.0 GPA. He attended school at the University of New Mexico. While in college, Baskett played wide receiver for UNM. During his college football career, the reality star was an all-academic honors player as well as an All-Mountain West Conference recipient his last year in school. Baskett’s college career earned him more awards than any other portion of his career. During his time as a wide receiver at UNM, he was awarded with the Reese Leroy Memorial Award not once, but twice in both 2004 and 2005.

Upon graduating college, Baskett was an undrafted free agent. He signed a contract with the Minnesota Vikings in 2006, and was later traded to the Eagles where he would later go on to meet his future wife. His first year in the NFL was fairly successful. Basket finished out the season with an average of 21.1 yards per catch and 22 receptions. He also scored 2 touchdowns during the season. He played for the Eagles for 3 years until he was traded to the Colts in 2009 before returning to Philadelphia a year later. His return to Philly was short-lived, however, as he was released not long after signing his contract.

Baskett met his wife, Kendra Wilkinson, in March 2008. The couple met while playing golf in Palos Verdes, California and instantly hit it off, though they did not begin dating until around Wilkinson’s birthday. She was still living at the Mansion and dating Hef, but she did not tell him immediately about her new relationship with Baskett, who waited for her to break things off with Hef and make their relationship public. Once Wilkinson told Hef about her relationship with Baskett, the couple became engaged, pregnant and married. While Wilkinson and Baskett initially stated that Hef would walk the bride down the aisle, the couple later decided to have the bride’s brother do the honors.

During much of his football career, Baskett also appeared on reality television. He appeared on both Kendra (E!) and Kendra On Top (WE TV). Both shows followed the life of his wife. The first reality series, Kendra, followed the reality star’s departure from the mansion. Baskett began appearing on the show from the start, where he proposed to the star on top of the Space Needle in Seattle in 2008. The couple announced they were expecting their first child in June 2009, just two weeks before their schedules wedding date. The couple wed just before moving to Indianapolis for the year when Basket played for the Colts. It was during that year Baskett and his wife welcomed their first child, a son who is the fourth in a long line of Hanks.

Hank hasn’t played football since 2010. Instead, he’s spent his time starring alongside his wife on their reality television show and welcoming a second child with Wilkinson. The couple’s second child, a little girl, goes by the name Alijah Mary Baskett. She was born May 16, 2014. Baskett’s older child, Henry Randall “Hank” Basket IV was four when his little sister was born. The former professional football player and his wife currently reside in Los Angeles, California, just a few hours north of Baskett’s wife’s family, who resides in San Diego.
