Year-over-year sales favor many European destinations as favorites. The United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, France and Italy all saw a 21 percent increase in booked travel during the first quarter of 2014. Germany has actually increased its travel by more than 24 percent where as Switzerland saw a 33 percent increase. Destinations such as Greece, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary and Sweden also saw an increase in travelers in the first quarter of the year. It appears that more than 44 percent of all air sales in Europe occur during the first six months of the year.

The luxury travel site boasts more than $12.5 billion in sales annually, making it the leader in the luxury travel department.
