What the Inside of a $95 Million NYC Apartment Looks Like

432 Park Avenue's $95 Million Apartment

New York City is known for providing some of the country’s most luxurious and expensive real estate, and with a price tag of $95 million, the penthouse at the top of 432 Park Avenue sits thousands of feet above the rest–literally and figuratively. Located between 56th and 57th Street, 432 Park Avenue is the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere and the tallest building in New York City when measured by its roof height of 1,396 feet. With the last of the concrete finally poured earlier in the month, the latest addition to the iconic New York City skyline is planning to be occupied and fully operational by Spring of next year. The most expensive unit in the building is the top floor $95 million penthouse that provides a remarkable view 1,271 feet up in the clouds. 432 Park Avenue’s most expensive penthouse features a staggering six bedrooms, seven baths, two powder rooms, a living room with wood burning fireplace, a dining room, a chef’s kitchen, and even a custom library. The luxury full floor 8,255-square foot apartment has already sold to an unknown buyer, yet apartments in the superscraper complex can still be purchased at prices ranging from $17.5 million to upwards of $80 million.

Designed by Rafael Vinoly, 432 Park Avenue boasts 104 luxury condominium apartments–designed by Deborah Burke–starting at 356 feet from the ground. Each apartment–including the $95 million penthouse–features 10-foot-by-10-foot windows, private elevator landings, heated bathroom floors, the option of purchasing a climate-controlled wine cellar for an additional $320,000, 12.5-foot ceilings, solid oak flooring, Italian marble countertops, and first class interior finishes and appliances. The building itself also features 30,000 square feet of private amenities, including an outdoor terrace, a spa, a massage therapy room, a 75-foot pool, a restaurant, a gym, a screening room and performance venue, a children’s playroom, and a board room. 432 Park Avenue is a supertall residential project developed by CIM Group and Macklowe Properties.
