The Most Expensive Home in the US Lists for $195 Million

The Palazzo di Amore

The Palazzo di Amore is a massive piece of real estate that has one of the largest homes built on it and offers a beautiful property to those who own it. It has everything from scenic views, to plenty of space and all amenities that one could dream of having in a home. The entire complex took eight years to complete and it is listed on the market for $195 million which earns it the title of being the most expensive residential house listing in the entire country.

The Palazzo di Amore is located in Beverly Hills and sits on a total of 25 acres. 53,000 square feet is dedicated for living and the entire complex includes 12 bedrooms and an insane 23 bathrooms that are within multiple buildings. The driveway is a quarter mile long and has owners driving through a beautiful California vineyard just to get to the house. The home was built in a Mediterranean style and has a 15,000 square foot entertainment center that includes an entire movie theater that can seat 50 people, a bowling alley, a dance floor that rotates, and even a dressing room.

If that all isn’t enough, the Palazza di Amore also has a 128 foot long reflecting pool (shown above) and a Turkish style spa. The estate was purchased for only $35 million, which is still a ton, but for everything that’s been built on the property, well worth the value now. The Palazza di Amore was always planned to be sold after the building was completely finished for the entire property, so whoever is the lucky buyer will be receiving an entirely new estate.

The Palazza di Amore is a massive property that is incredibly beautiful and a desirable living space for anyone. There will be plenty of space to rent out or host family with, and nobody will ever be able to get bored while living here. As mentioned before, the Palazza is priced at $195 million, so it will be interesting to see how long it stays on the market for.
