Bulgari To Open New Hotel in Dubai

Bulgari hotels and resorts

The world is preparing to welcome its fifth Bulgari Hotel and Resort in Dubai in 2015. Meraas Holding, a Dubai Real Estate developer just signed the agreement to build the fifth resort of this kind in the popular vacation destination. Meraas Holding’s own group chairman Abdulla Al Habbai as well as the CEO of Bulgari Group, Jean-Christophe Babin, signed the agreement Tuesday in Rome. The luxury brand will bring with it a myriad of luxurious options to the Middle Eastern city that are currently only available in four other cities; London, Bali, Milan and Shanghai.

The location of the hotel will be on the exclusive Jumeirah Bay island off the coast of Dubai. It features more than six million square feet of space and it will take on the shape of seashores of the titanic variety. In addition to the main building, the hotel is going to feature several marinas as well as residential villas that are undoubtedly going to be high-dollar and popular for rentals. Despite its massive size, the hotel will actually only take up 1.7 million square feet and feature a mere 100 guest rooms. The guest rooms and suites will make up the main building while more than 20 villas will spread out over the island.

Each guest room, suite and villa will feature upscale amenities and high-end hotel amenities. This includes personal concierge service, pools, world-class restaurants and a luxury spa. “Our agreement with Bulgari Hotels and Resorts marks a new milestone in our journey to play a pivotal role in shaping Dubai’s tourism and hospitality landscape,” states Al Habbai about the agreement and all that it has to offer the city as well as the Bulgari Group.

Set to open at some point in 2015, the hotel is bound to attract some of the most high-end travelers in the world.
