Billionaire Alki David Offers $250,000 To Anyone Who Streaks In Front Of Chicago Mayer Rahm Emmanuel

It’s completely understandable that when you’re a billionaire, the money you have at your disposal can be so great that at some point you end up making purchases that most people wouldn’t deem normal.  Some might buy an island.  Others might buy extremely rare fossils that go for millions of dollars.  But Alki David, owner of the internet streaming service, FilmOn.com, has recently made an “investment” that is garnering serious headlines.

He’s offering a $250,000 reward to anyone who successfully streaks in front of Chicago Mayor, Rahm Emanuel.  Amazingly, this isn’t the first time that David has offered payment for public streaking.  In 2010 he offered $1 million to anyone who found themselves in position to streak in front of President Obama.   While no one fulfilled that request, someone did come pretty close and was rewarded a tenth of the offer.

So why exactly is Alki offering this?  Well, Rahm Emmanuel is President Obama’s former chief of staff so there’s definitely that connection. Rahm’s brother Ari, is the inspiration for the character of Ari from Entourage (Ari is head of William Morris in Hollywood).   As for the actual deep down reason?  Well, you’d have to ask David that.  Maybe he just likes creating these insane challenges for the fun of it.  Just be aware that if any of you out there are willing to go through with the challenge, you’ll be faced with a $2,500 fine.

And you certainly don’t have to worry about Alki welching.  His net worth is around $1.7 billion.
