Romain Jerome Teams Up With Nintendo To Deliver $19K Super Mario Watch

Romain Jerome Super Mario Timepiece

The Swiss watchmakers known as Romain Jerome have recently collaborated with Nintendo to create a new timepiece that’s sure to entice any video game fan. Nintendo is celebrating the 30th anniversary of Super Mario Bros., so they wanted something special to commemorate the event. They worked with Romain Jerome to create a high-end Super Mario Bros. timepiece, and it will run you some $19,000 dollars.

The Romain Jerome Super Mario Bros. timepiece is easily the highest-quality Nintendo or Mario-themed watch that you can buy. The watch has a case that measures out to be 46 mm in total, and it is entirely constructed from all-black titanium. On the face of the watch is a 3D dial where we see Mario jumping in the air, a mushroom, a cloud, and a bush, all of which are stylized in that iconic 8-bit design, just like the original video games.

The watch has a standard hour and minute configuration, a 42-hour power reserve, an a Swiss-made Romain Jerome automatic movement. The Romain Jerome Super Mario Bros. timepiece is delivered in a black titanium case that is styled like a Moon Invader.

Those that are interested in the watch will have to act fast. The timepiece will be available at select Romain Jerome boutiques found across the world, however they are only producing just 85 examples in total. Even if you can get your hands on one, you’ll need $19,000 dollars to bring it home, which makes this watch probably the most expensive Super Mario Bros. watch ever made.
