How to Spend a Billionaire Weekend in Paris

Paris is one of the most popular cities in the world to visit, and they see millions of tourist that come here each year. Say what you want about Parisians, but there really is no other city quite like Paris out there. Like any city, there are ample amounts of activities and things to do, provided you have the budget of course. But what if money was not a factor for you? Say you are a billionaire that wants to have an amazing weekend in the city, what would be some of the things that you could do?

Well for one, you’re going to need to find some premium accommodations to stay in for your weekend visit. Paris is home to many premium hotels, and the Hôtel Fouquet’s Barrière and the Mandarin Oriental are some of the nicest money can buy. So since you’re a billionaire, you’re going to go ahead and book the 2,700-square-foot Presidential Suite at Hôtel Fouquet’s Barrière for around $9,200 per night.

Next you’re going to need to acquire some means of transportation since public transportation and walking is for commoners. There are many car rental business in the city where you can rent vehicles like a Rolls-Royce Wraith or a Ferrari 458. AAA offers some services to accomplish this and they will give you a driver as well. For around $4,000 per day, you can have someone drive you around the city in a Lamborghini Aventador that serves as your personal taxi.

Now that you’ve got you’re hotel room and transportation sorted, what are some of the things that you can do in the city? Well the Louve and the Musee d’Orsay are great museums to visit, the only problem is the crowds. That’s okay, since you’re a billionaire, both museums offer private tours during the off hours allowing you to really enjoy the art at your own pace. Sure it costs more, but you can afford it.

Paris is also home to many of the world leading designer brands like Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Yves Saint Laurent, and Dior so you’ll want to spend some time shopping and checking out their amazing boutiques. Paris is also obviously home to many great restaurants, so you’ll want to acquire some dinner reservations at places like 58 Tour Eiffel (the restaurant in the Eiffel Tower) or Le Meurice where the food is absolutely great, and very expensive. You’ll certainly dine like a king.

If you get board of those places, there are also many locations where one can attend premium wine tasting events to sample some of the best wine in the world. You can also get lunch while taking a cruise on the Seine River for around $650 dollars allowing you to see the city from a different perspective. It would also be worth your time to book one of the VIP seats at the Moulin Rouge where you can see a spectacular show and continue to enjoy some amazing food.

So if you can afford to stay in one of the best hotels in the city, hire a Rolls-Royce to drive you around, take a cruise, eat at the nicest restaurants, enjoy wine tastings, shop at the worlds most expensive boutiques, and enjoy some amazing night life, you’re billionaire weekend in Paris will probably be extremely memorable.
