Villa Paradiso Perduto is located about fifteen minutes outside of the main area of Cabo. This premium vacation home is located on a small bluff that over looks the exact spot where the Pacific Ocean meets the Sea of Cortez; a truly unique and spectacular location. The rental is also located within the grounds of the Puerto Los Cabos golf resort, so make sure you bring your clubs too when you visit. The views from the home are extremely beautiful, the home is eloquently designed, and the property is very gorgeous. The large, heated infinity pool overlooks the ocean and it is perfect for large parties or groups. On the outside we see a contemporary design, a few balconies, and a multitude of exterior living space. There are lounge chairs, an exterior dining room area that can accommodate 12 people, a hot-tub, expansive gardens, a large fire pit, a few patios, and more. When you’re in a place like Cabo, you want to be spending most of your time outside, given how incredible the area is. The villa is also just a quick walk away from the local beach, so there’s plenty to do here.

Upon entering Villa Paradiso Perduto, we find that the interior of the home is as extraordinary as the exterior. The designers wanted to go for a modern, sophisticated, and minimal design with this vacation home and I think they have done a great job. The extensive use of white and cream that is occasionally offset by blues, blacks, and browns gives this home a truly luxurious and elegant vibe. The interior of the home offers a two-story great room, a dining room that seats twelve, a large fireplace, an entertainment room, a private spa room, a large kitchen with granite countertops, a personal gym, a bar, and even an elevator among other things.

The home certainly is as large as it looks. In total, we find eight bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms, with every bedroom offering its own private bathroom. Each room has either a king or queen sized bed, and the entire villa could potentially sleep sixteen guests in total. Nearly all of the rooms in the home also offer some pretty incredible views of both the ocean and the surrounding area. All of the bedrooms additionally have their own televisions and entertainment systems, so everyone can watch whatever television shows that they want; you will not feel “cramped” when staying here.

When booking the villa, guests will also gain access to services provided from both a security guard and a housekeeper that visits daily. Villa Paradiso Perduto averages at about $8,500 dollars per night, but the price fluctuates greatly depending on when you come. If you vacation here sometime between June to October, you could expect to pay around $4,800 per night. However in December or January the rates climb closer to $14,000 per night. Either way, it’s going to be a lot of money to book this property. Still, if you can afford to stay at the Villa Paradiso Perduto, it is among one of the nicest rental homes in all of Cabo. From the large bedrooms to the incredible location, Villa Paradiso Perduto is certainly a great place to call home during your vacation to Cabo.
