L.A. Clippers Star Blake Griffin Buys $9 Million Mansion

Blake Griffin has emerged as one of the best players in the NBA over the past couple of seasons. He now be considered one of the finest homeowners in the Association as well. According to Realtor.com, Griffin has purchased a gorgeous $9 million mansion in the Pacific Palisades. The custom-built “Cape Cod-inspired” property is in the popular celebrity section that lies between Malibu and Santa Monica. The home itself is nothing short of brilliance. It’s 9,100 square feet are intricately designed and include high-end amenities and luxuries throughout the three floors.

Among those luxuries that stand out from the home are a gourmet kitchen, a home theater with stadium seating, a gym and three fireplaces. The master bathroom, which is one of six bathroom suites, features a spa-like bath and walk-in closet. Sounds pretty standard for wealthy celebrities, right?

Griffin’s neighborhood is looking like it might be producing a nice pick-up basketball game. His neighbors include former NBA legend Vlade Divac and Miami Heat forward Chris Bosh. Believe it or not, Bosh was renting his Pacific Palisades home last year for $45,000 a month. Divac’s home is estimated to be worth a modest $3.25 million.
