You Can Rent a Florida Island for $250,000

Tampa Prepares For Republican National Convention And Potential Hurricane

Florida is an amazing vacation destination for many reasons; the weather (most of the time), the culture, and having plenty of things to do while there. It borders the ocean which is something most people don’t get to experience and is a great place to kick back for a little bit of time. Now, for the really adventurous, a new opportunity has opened in Florida. For only $250,000 people have the chance to rent their own island with complete privacy for the ultimate getaway that will be the memory of a lifetime.

Little Palm Island Resort & Spa is trying out a new way to lure couples, families, or anyone down to Florida for a great vacation. The company has already become known as one of the top 10 U.S. small resorts as an island in the Florida Keys; however, now they want to give up their island for those who can afford it.

The resort offers tons of activities to keep whoever is on it occupied. There is a spa, pool, and top of the line dining, but also things like sailing, snorkeling, and jet skiing. The new package, being called an “island buy out” gives them the option to occupy this island and have instant access to all of these opportunities. While one person could rent this out, the resort is hoping to attract more luxury style weddings or anniversary celebrations because having an island is a unique experience. The package rents the island for three full days and includes dining, service, and everything else.

There are a total of 30 one bedroom suites on the island and the resort itself is a total of 5.5 acres. The package allows for up to 60 guests who have access to everything including the sundecks, outdoor showers, yacht rides to and from the island and even valet docking at the dock while they are gone. This truly is the trip of a lifetime and many people will probably take the opportunity to rent the island while the offer is on the table.
