Beverly Hills Spec House is Listing for $72 Million

$72 Million House Beverly Hills

There’s a brand-new home up on the market and it is an incredible spec home located in the prestigious neighborhood of Beverly Hills. A normal house constructed in this area is going to be absurdly expensive already, and a spec home will cost even more. It currently has an asking price of $72 million dollars which is costly, but it certainly is pretty amazing. A spec home is essentially a home that a builder constructs that offers more amenities than your traditional development, however it is not a custom home with a specific buyer in mind. They’re sort of like a one-off. They are not made-to-order, yet offer many features that would be found in a custom home. So what exactly does this house have to offer?

In total there is 28,000-square-feet of living space so it’s more of a mansion than a home. The property actually consists of a few houses: the main home, a guest home, and then a guard house. In the main home you will find six bedrooms in total, a domed ballroom that measures out to be 3,000-square-feet, a motor court that can accommodate 60 vehicles, a private garage and car wash, a 1,000-bottle capacity wine cellar, a 1,400-square-foot kitchen that offers six ovens and four refrigerators, a private movie theater, an indoor swimming pool, a private spa, and much more. There are even rooms that act as the private quarters for your staff; all the bases are covered here. This is more of an estate fit for royalty than anything.

A man by the name of Mr. Elkouby has listed the property with the aid of Zach Goldsmith and Jeff Hyland from Hilton & Hyland, in addition to Jade Mills and Joyce Rey of Coldwelll Banker Previews International. The home was built with no specific buyer in mind, and is currently up for grabs by anyone that wants to shell out that kind of money. Still as expensive as $72 million dollars is, I’m sure it won’t be too long until someone moves in given what it has to offer and the neighborhood.
