Mandarin Oriental has recently opened their first property in Africa, and it is essentially a modern palace. Located in Morocco, the Mandarin Oriental Marrakech is yet another standout property from the prominent Asian hospitality brand. It features beautiful villas, fine dining options, artistic and exotic motifs, and a host of other wonderful features.

The Mandarin Oriental Marrakech is a five-star hotel and resort located within 20-hectacres of lush gardens and beautiful olive groves. Just outside the main city center, this new property is now one of Morocco’s most premium hotels.

In total, there are only 63 rooms and suites here, the vast majority being one and two-bedroom villas. Naturally all are designed with impeccable taste, and virtually all structures within the complex have aesthetically pleasing architecture. Regardless of the accommodations you choose, all come with their own private pools and premium furnishings.

Additionally the Mandarin Oriental Marrakech offers a few dining options, a 19,375-square-foot spa, two hammams, garden trails, and much more. You’ll be paying top dollar to stay within the doors of this hotel, however it’s on track to become one of the nicest hotels in the city. Mandarin Oriental has done a good job with their first African property, and we hope many more will follow.
