Skiers in the United States know that Colorado is one of, if not, arguably the best location to ski at throughout the winter. However, Colorado is a big state which means there are a plethora of ski resorts and mountains to choose between. Colorado understands the draw it has for skiing so certain resorts are very luxurious and want their guests to return every year. Here are the most expensive Colorado ski resorts according to their room rate per night.

5. Viceroy, Snowmass Village – $749 per night

Upon anyone’s first glance, Viceroy will look like a fantastic place to stay because of the the resort hotels and views that they offer. The resort is ski in/ski out and will deliver some of the best mountain views around. The resort offers wifi anywhere throughout the hotel and outside in the public places around the area. They have instructors around in the winter and summer to assist in teaching residents and great restaurants within the amazing rooms to stay at for a great skiing vacation.

4. Hotel Jerome, Aspen – $861 per night

Hotel Jermone is located right in the heart of Aspen, Colorado and looks nice from the outside, but is ridiculously luxurious throughout the inside. Skiing and other activities are just minutes from the resort so those staying at the resort will get the best of both worlds by staying at a resort but not being confined to just that and having all of Aspen to check out. Hotel Jerome has fantastic food, very cool bars, and amazing rooms that will make residents feel right at home.

3. St. Regis, Aspen – $967 per night

The St. Regis is another resort in Aspen, but you’ll notice this resort from a mile away due to its size and mountain feel. Modeled after 19th century mountain manor suites, the St. Regis really gives off a ski resort feel with its style. Most of the rooms in the resort are a mix of brown and snow white that never gets old and feels very cozy during the winter. Aside from the great skiing, the resort also has a pool, spa, full gym and offers golf and plenty of other activities in the spring and summertime.

2. The Little Nell, Aspen – $1,074 per night

The Little Nell is a five star resort in Aspen and is the only resort in the area to offer ski in/ski out to the Aspen mountain. The resort offers some amazing views with top of the line dining and total luxury services. Depending on the whether, this resort even offers an Audi test drive program to its guests.

1. Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch, Beaver Creek – $1,189 per night

The Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch sits in the side of a mountain and looks absolutely beautiful there with easy ski in, ski out functionality. The rooms are very spacious and there are five different places to dine at during the stay there. They offer a spa and fitness center but also have a great diverse amount of activities to accommodate everyone staying there.  Come in the winter or the summer, the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch will always be a magnificent place to visit and stay.
