Beijing is seeing a lot of tourism which means their hotel and travel industries are thriving. With millions of people visiting the country each year, hotels are popping up more frequently to offer the visitors amazing places to stay during their trips. The latest hotel that is soon to open is the Sunrise Kempinski Hotel that is upscale, modern and extremely luxurious. Guests will never forget their time staying at the Sunrise Kempinski after only one look and it is an easy landmark to get back to without trouble.

The hotel is an hour outside of Beijing but sits on tons of land that allowed them to build a full resort in a beautiful part of China. There is convenient access to the Mutianyu Great Wall and the hotel itself is globe shaped and unique to stay at. The hotel is built right on the edge of the Yanqi Lake and has 21 floors forming the globe shape representing a sun rising over the horizon.

There are 306 total rooms in the Sunrise Kempinski along with multiple restaurants and bars, business rooms and conference centers, a spa, and even a private marina. The location is beautiful, sitting lakeside, and offers amazing views  as well as plenty of space to roam around in. Aside from the forest terrain, the location also offers interesting temples, museums and even amusement parks.

Despite the hotel being an hour from Beijing itself, it’s actually not that bad of a ride. Guests are really going to experience the environment and area of China around the resort while still having access to one of the country’s major cities. On top of all of this, the beautiful Mutianyu Great Wall is a mere 20 minutes away, which is a main attraction in China for all tourists. The hotel has just opened and is a great opportunity for anyone looking to travel to China in the future.
