Whiskey connoisseurs out there might want to take a look at the most recent limited edition whiskey from Jack Daniel’s. It’s called the Single Barrel Rye whiskey and it is a unique and fulfilling whiskey that’s sure to please many fans around the world.
The Single Barrel Rye is the third installment within Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Collection, and it’s one that you definitely want to take note of. As the name implies, the whiskey is crafted with one single barrel and is produced in the same manner that Jack Daniel’s has been using for over 150 years now.
The whiskey is about 70% rye, 18% corn, and 12% malted barley, so while it is distinctly a rye whiskey, it posses other characteristics that make it quite special. It’s balanced and complex in terms of flavor, and you can expect small tasting notes of fruit and vanilla.
Jack Daniel’s has produced some 800 barrels of this whiskey in total and they are available for sale around the world. Why there’s a fair amount of bottles out there, it’s still a limited edition release, so when they’re gone they’re gone. For those that love a classic American rye whiskey, you cannot pass on the Single Barrel Rye from Jack Daniel’s.
