Summer is right around the corner so it’s time to get yourself ready. Sure that can mean hitting the gym to make sure you’re in the best beach shape of your life, but it also means getting your gear right. Including in that gear is hooking up a nice new pair of sunglasses.
If you’re in the market for some luxury shades look no further than Lacoste. The brand is launching a bright, glow-in-the-dark edition of it’s Lacoste L714s aviator-style sunglasses. These special edition shades come in various loud colors such as yellow and orange, or blue, green and purple. The neon frames are pretty awesome. They absorb sunlight and artificial light during the day, which means glow-in-the-dark trendy frames at night. The shades also have mirrored lenses.
The next generation of the L714s will be available in June. The cost of the shades comes in around $160. They are certainly cool sunglasses, but you have to make the decision if you can pull them off. The glow in the dark sunglasses technology is pretty sweet. I’d expect it be seen in various other brands of sunglasses going forward. Well done, Lacoste!
