The Most Expensive Apps Out There

Google Maps Returns To Apple's iPhone

Most cell phone apps are either free or in the under $5 category due to the competitive market and nature of the consumer, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t expensive apps out there. Plenty of companies have adapted their winning computer products into mobile versions for a cheaper price, but even those are relatively cheap in the long-run compared to certain apps that can really break the bank. Apple limits the max price an app can be ($999.99), but here are the most expensive apps out there that hit the max price mark.

5. Alpha-Trader – $999.99

Alpha Trader is an iPhone app for investors that need to be constantly paying attention to the stock exchange. The app offers users the basic trading app functions like having real time updates and being able to view stock information but takes everything one step further by delivering information like expected returns, a gauge of daily profit or loss, and even tons of information relating to asset and portfolio risk to help investors keep up to date and make sure they have all of the necessary information to monitor the trades they have in the works.

The app can be found here in the App Store.

4. MobiGage NDI – $999.99

MobiGage NDI is an application that monitors and inspects assembly lines and the parts that are coming out of them. 3. Agro – $999.99

Agro is a very cool app that allows agronomists to monitor everything dealing with their job; producing food, creating healthier foods, monitoring the impact that a crop has on the environment, etc. The Agro app organizes a smooth looking template where Agronomists can basically fill in the blanks when visiting a farm to conduct an inspection report. The app minimizes user error and delivers the satisfaction and comfort of having all necessary information for the report saved and completed before leaving for the next appointment.

BarMax CA definitely seems like the most useful app on here if you have the money to shell out for it. The application is a fully functioning and in-depth study guide for the Bar exam. BarMax offers users audio lectures from Harvard professors, flashcards, feedback, and even practice questions, essays, and tests to constantly study no matter where you are. Despite having such a high price point, the app seems to deliver results because people using the BarMax app averaged 20 points higher than those who didn’t.

VIP Black is also called The Millionaire’s App that aids in basic lifestyle tasks like organizing flights or hotels, making dinner reservations, etc. while offering the best packages, rates,  and privileges available for spending so much.
