Inspire 1 drone

10. The Inspire 1 Drone – $2,899

Remote controlled airplanes and toy helicopters were cool, but now personal drones are taking over. You’ve probably seen these drones (also known as quad-copters) in the news, and many people are getting in on the craze. You can pick one up on Amazon for around $50 dollars, but if you want to go all out, the Inspire 1 Drone from DJI is probably one of the best. It can fly up to 14,700 feet, it shoots 4K video, and its outfitted with all of the latest drone technology.

superplexus

9. The Superplexus – $30,000

If you’re a fan of traditional puzzles and are really wealthy, the Superplexus is a good toy. The Superplexus is a 3D, spherical labyrinth where you’ve got to get a small ball from the start to the finish by rotating the globe. Around 400 hours of work go into creating just one unit, and you can arguably consider it to be a work of art.

Boot Camp Obstacle Course

8. The 85-foot Boot Camp Inflatable Obstacle Course – $12,500

If you’re a fan of shows like Ninja Warrior and want to re-create a similar course in your backyard, the Boot Camp Inflatable Obstacle Course can help you do that. There’s various obstacles to climb over, walls to scale, a rope swing, and a variety of other challenges for you to tackle. It’s probably the most enjoyable way to get a workout.

Barbecue Dining Boat

7. The Barbecue Dining Boat – $50,000

The Barbecue Dining Boat is exactly what you think it is. It is a small boat that is in the shape of a ring with a barbecue in the center. Now while it obviously isn’t a speed boat, it is the perfect vehicle for relaxing with friends out on the lake. It can fit around 10 adults and you can cook hamburgers and hotdogs on it.

Jetlev-Flyer

6. The Jetlev-Flyer – $104,000

The Jetlev-Flyer is essentially a water jetpack that allows you to hover and move around in the air. It achieves lift using water that is pumped out at an insanely high pressure. Riders wear that backpack portion of the device and it is connected via a long hose to a smaller, jet ski like machine that stays in the water at all times as it pumps the water to the backpack. Check out this video to see it in action here.

hendo Hoverboard

5. The Hendo Hoverboard – $10,000

The Hendo Hoverboard is the world’s first legitimate hoverboard that actually works. No, seriously. The device was funded with a Kickstarter campaign and now the company is beginning to produce them. Unfortunately they are only going to initially make ten prototype models, all of which have been sold, however they will produce more in the future. It uses technology similar to maglev trains to achieve lift. While it is still limited in what it can do as it can only hover on metal surfaces, it is still really cool. Check out this video of Tony Hawk riding one.

seabreacher

4. The Seabreacher X – $80,000 and up

The Seabreacher X is a small and powerful aquatic vehicle that is essentially a 300hp bionic fish. Seabreacher makes a few different models, but the X is their most powerful version. The machine can fit two people and it can reach speeds of 50mph on the water. Since it has a closed cabin, it also can dive underwater, albeit not very deep. It can jump out of the water, do barrel-rolls, and a bunch of other tricks. Here’s a video of it in action.

quadski

3. The QuadSki – $40,000

The QuadSki is yet another amazing impressive toy that is popular for the super rich. We’ve seen Jeremy Clarkson drive one in Top Gear, and it is an awesome vehicle. Essentially, as the name implies, it is one part quad and one part jet ski. So basically, it’s the perfect all-terrain vehicle. You can operate it on land and then drive it into the water where it turns into a jet ski. It’s also pretty fast as it can go 45mph on both land and water.

CXC Motion Pro II

2. The CXC Motion Pro II – $83,515

Sometimes playing racing games on your Xbox One or gaming PC just isn’t enough, so luckily there are high-end gaming simulators out there. One of the best in the world would be the CXC Motion Pro II. It is arguably one of the most realistic racing simulators ever: the seat vibrates and turns, the steering wheel is like that of an F1 car (you can also replace it for real steering wheels), and the pedals feel real. The entire system is made by hand in the United States, and it features pretty much every car. When you combine that with the motion sensor cameras and the three displays, you’ve got a really impressive system on your hands.

Kuratas Mech Suit

1. The Kuratas Mech Suit – $1.35 million

Built by the Japanese company known as Suidobashi Heavy Industry, the Kuratas is a 13-foot-tall, 4-tonne fully functional mech suit/robot. It is quite literally something out of a Japanese sci-fi anime or a video game, and it is really impressive. A single person enters the giant robot to operate it and it can move around, lift things up, and do a bunch of other robot things. You can even attach semi-safe weapons to it like a water bottle rocket launcher or a twin-BB gatling gun. If you’re looking for the ultimate toy, what’s better than a robot suit?
