Deciding on a career is a difficult process that must be taken seriously, as for most people, they will work at jobs that relate to their career for the rest of their lives. Some jobs are extremely rewarding but pay very little, and then there are some jobs that pay a lot but are pretty unpleasant. It’s good to find a career somewhere in between, but it’s also important to recognize which jobs are in high demand. There isn’t a demand for say sociology teachers right now, but there’s more of a demand for software developers. Regardless, you should purse a job that makes you happy. My dentist has his own practice, works from Monday to Thursday, and drives a Mercedes so I figure he makes a good bit of cash and is living the dream. And, on average, Dentists do make a fairly good income, some even make $200,000 per year or more.
